Time of delivery of goods:

Made-to-order items will be dispatched as soon as they are ready, within the delivery period (usually between one week and three months) stated in the e-mail sent after ordering.

Goods in stock are dispatched within 3 working days.

Returns, defective goods and cancellations:

We do not accept any cancellations, returns, exchanges or refunds for reasons attributable to the customer.

We will deal with any items that are different from the ordered goods or that are initially faulty within one week of delivery.
